If you participated in a live break with us and acquired a card that you wish to have graded, we provide the convenience of submitting the card on your behalf before we ship it to you. When you purchase grading, you agree to cover the shipping and insurance costs for your card(s). Click here to join our Discord to open a ticket regarding your grading order. We will then contact you via Email/Discord to discuss the associated fees. 

It is crucial to understand that if you fail to pay for the return shipping and any additional upcharges (imposed by the grading company) within 30 days of us receiving the graded card back from the grading company, we will proceed with selling the card. During this 30-day period, we will attempt to contact you once a week.

In the event that you reach out to us between 30 and 60 days after the grading, we will issue a 50% refund of the selling price of the card after deducting applicable fees. These fees encompass the selling fee, grading fees, and shipping fees.
